A few steps from Lugano’s lakefront, beblaze contributes to the lighting of an important residential building; a recent construction characterized by large windows, marked contours and strict geometric shapes.

The new lighting design by beblaze focuses on emphasizing the architecture of the building, highlighting its characteristic lines and angles.

Thanks to its extensive knowledge in the world of LED lighting and the versatility of its products, beblaze was able to realize the designer’s requirements. The initial objective was successfully achieved, using light for purely aesthetic purposes, enhancing the building with lines of light that discreetly highlight the geometries.

A Custom version of ILL_SQUARE SMALL 1 was used in the facade lighting, a luminaire with a minimalist design capable of emphasizing various structural elements by thin but well-defined light beams that seem to dress the building.

The extremely low profile thickness, combined with Nichia LEDs with a beam angle of 180°, results in a versatile and discreet product that offers a light source with no spot effect.

The product, in a customized outdoor IP65 version, allows the light source to be completely insulated from the elements and thus to be integrated into the facades of structures, even those most exposed to the weather.
